Within the same framework, on Wednesday, April 23, 2025, an online meeting was held via the interactive platform of the OBCD Project with the Women's Center of Karditsa. The meeting focused on the pilot update and integration of the GAEA Project with the OBCD Project.
The meeting emphasized the two main tools of the GAEA project, which are designed to enhance the skills and career prospects of women in the agricultural sector. Participants included the research team of the GAEA program from the University of Patras — Katerina Sotiropoulou, Alexandra Fountouki — the Women's Center of Karditsa — Kaiti Velesiotou, Konstantina Karagiorgou — and the OBCD team of AN.KA: Chryssavgi Seggi, Lamprini Triantou, Stella Karamangiola, and Panagiota Kavraki.
The GAEA educational material offers practical knowledge and specialized tools for women interested in developing or advancing their careers in the agricultural sector, as well as for professionals in the fields of education and counseling.
