Dates: 8–9 April 2025
Location: Patras, Greece

A Learning, Teaching, and Training Activity (LTTA) was successfully held in Patras, Greece, as part of the Erasmus+ project STAY CONNECTED. The event brought together trainers, HR professionals, and managers from Bulgaria, Cyprus, Greece, Portugal, Ireland, and Spain for two days of intensive, practice-based learning.

This training of trainers aimed to build participants’ capacity to support digital and social inclusion in hybrid workplaces, while strengthening their ability to deliver relevant training within their own organisations and networks.

Focus Areas:

Participants were trained to understand and implement hybrid work models, create inclusive digital environments, and communicate effectively in both remote and blended settings. The training also emphasized promoting social connection and employee well-being, as well as using digital collaboration tools such as Zoom and Asana. Another key focus was the development of practical, resource-based strategies to support hybrid work and inclusive human resources practices.

🎓 Methodology & Highlights:

The training was delivered by experienced facilitators from the project’s partner organisations, using a combination of case studies, scenario-based learning, role-playing, and collaborative exercises. Participants engaged in simulations on inclusive communication in hybrid teams and leadership activities focused on empathy and cohesion. Workshops on digital productivity tools and the creation of personalized well-being strategies rounded out the experience. The sessions encouraged interaction, reflection, and peer learning, creating a strong foundation for ongoing implementation within participants' home institutions.

This impactful training strengthened participants' role as multipliers within their organisations, helping to foster inclusive, collaborative, and connected hybrid workplaces.
